About Jo

I’m Jo, a certified life and transformation coach. Using a mix of techniques including creative mindfulness and bibliocoaching (using books and reading), I help women in their 50s, 60s and beyond find the clarity, calm and confidence to navigate transitions in life and flourish.

Endlessly curious, I’ve spent my life exploring how we communicate, connect and build relationships — with people and the natural world. This curiosity has taken me across continents (although not yet Antarctica!), living, studying and working and shapes my coaching practice.

I work with clients online from my base in Aotearoa New Zealand, which means I can support you wherever you are in the world. Sessions are tailored — intentional, reflective and focused on what will help you design your next steps and flourish.

As well as coaching, I am a communications consultant and support the development of reading communities that encourage and inspire reading for pleasure, wellbeing, and all literacies.

When not working, I can be found buried in a book, wandering the outdoors, breathing into yoga, enjoying time with friends and family, and plotting the next adventure.
